Tech Geek and Army Drill Sergeant in the making Software development, a good cup of coffee, the ocean view and her boys... Those are the little things that make this girl happy. After graduating high school, Natali served 2 years army duty in the Israeli Marine Force. She studied in Technion, Israeli Institute of Technology, graduating with a BSc in Information Systems Engineering. A little bundle in the form of a baby boy was born during her third year at uni, ensuring her sleepless nights were at least filled with lots of studying. Natali’s first role as a Java Developer working at GigaSpaces, initiated her in the Agile development methodology in which she is now a firm believer. She then quickly moved on to Software Testing Team Lead. It was during this time she fell in love with Australia and decided to move here, where she then had the opportunity to work at Visionbytes, gaining experience in a highly innovative, digital media software environment. As part of the Conn3cted team, Natali is enjoying the great team culture and looking forward to contributing to the company's success by building her Web Applications development skills and obtaining Sun/Spring certificates. |

After realising she wasn't going to be the world's first famous Indian ballet dancer, she decided to put all her energy into becoming an IT guru. She felt passionately about technology and decided to get a foot in the door by successfully completing an IT diploma specialising in web development which lead to a career as a Content Management Specialist. Now she enjoys the creative and the business aspect of the Industry. When her mind isn't flooded with ideas of trying to come up with new inventions or possible business ventures, her other passions include cooking, watching senseless T.V , and most of all, being a mum. Kellie spent 6 years with Coca-Cola Australia as a consumer Insights Strategist in the Insights and Planning team working across the entire beverage portfolio and introduced a range of unique research initiatives, tools and processes that lead to the evolution of their research division and recently worked as Consumer Insight Strategist for global media agency – MediaCom where she provided research, strategic insight and communication planning for brands including Westpac, Nokia, NSW Lotteries, Dept of Tourism & Trade and a range of P&G brands. Kellie has a strong interest in the domain of psychology and understanding human behaviour and studied psychology and Pure Mathematics at Sydney University.
